Welcome to Tattenejum, the sustainable and energy-efficient residential project in Stokkem.
With great attention to living comfort and energy efficiency, 35 apartments, 18 urban lofts, and 7 family homes are being developed on the site of the former school in Stokkem.
What makes this project unique is its ambition to achieve an E-level of 0 by using geothermal heat pumps for heating, installing solar panels for every apartment, and implementing a balanced ventilation system with heat recovery.
The project will offer apartments and urban lofts with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, ranging from 69 to 159 m². The homes will all feature 3 bedrooms and a carport with 1 or 2 parking spaces.
