What to do in case of damage?
- Bring all persons concerned to safety.
- Notify the emergency services if necessary: police, fire brigade, ambulance.
- Take photos or a video of the circumstances.
- In the event of an accident, complete the accident form and have it signed by all parties.
- Contact us to make a report or for additional advice +32 89 730 100.
- Ask for a detailed estimate to repair the damage.
- If necessary, we come to the site with the loss adjuster to settle the damage.
- Send us the repair invoice so that VAT can be reimbursed.
