B-Blocks fase II

Residence B-Blocks phase II is located near the centre of Beringen and offers 26 newly built apartments across two buildings (block 4 and block 5).

The new construction project 'B-Blocks' is located at the former National Police premises at the Koerselsesteenweg and Sint-Catharinastraat in Beringen. The name alludes to the new stylish apartment blocks that will soon be built there. In addition, the developer is planning to build five family dwellings, two commercial premises and an underground car park. The project will be built around a communal park.

The B-Blocks comprise:

W1-5: the police barracks will be converted into 5 new linked houses
K1: 1 office space
Block 1: conversion of the police accomodation into apartments, 10 units
Block 2: newly constructed apartments: 12 units
Block 3: residential tower with newly build apartments and commercial space: 17 residential units, 1 commercial space
Block 4: new build apartments: 12 units
Block 5: new build apartments: 14 units
