LAYOUT:

Authentic front door opening up into the hall with cloak room. The living room has natural stone flooring, an imposing fireplace with wood burner and original window sills. The lounge leads through to the servant's place: this is a large open space with a natural stone floor and a stained glass window which originally was a gate through to the servant's building. Later a kitchen, a guest WC, a bathroom and a double garage were added.

A staircase in the 'servant's building' leads up to the first floor. The space above can be converted into one large master suite or several bedrooms. The main house also comprises 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The loft area in the house can be accessed via a pull down ladder and can also be used for additional bedrooms.

The compact cellar houses a wine cellar.

The East facing garden has a patio in natural stone and offers an oasis of peace and tranquility, overlooking the river Maas and the rear nature reserve.

FINISHING:

The kitchen comprises a fridge, ceramic hob, wall mounted extractor fan, oven, dishwasher and a double bowl sink unit.

Bathroom 1: bath, single wash basin and plumbings for a washing machine and dryer.

Bathroom 2 (first floor): shower, double wash basins and a WC.
